Paige Thornhill serves as the Director of Early Childhood for the Lebanon R-III School District. A lifelong Lebanon native, Paige has been part of the district since 2017, serving as Assistant Principal at both Maplecrest and Esther Elementary Schools. She brings 18 years of experience in education, including roles as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and administrator in multiple districts.

Paige earned her Bachelor of Science from Drury University, a Master of Arts from Lindenwood University, and an Education Specialist degree from Arkansas State University.

Known for her heart for children and dedication to early learning, Paige is passionate about helping Lebanon’s youngest learners build a strong foundation for lifelong success. She and her husband, Jeremy, also an educator and coach in the District, have two sons, Noah and Josiah, who are active in school and athletics.
