Preschool Screenings
Welcome, Future Preschool Families!
We’re excited to begin this important milestone with you and your child.
Preschool screenings are now available. Children must be 4 years old prior to August 1, 2026.
Please use the link below to schedule an appointment and complete online registration on Infinite Campus.

Screening Dates:
March 23-25
✅Check-In: What to Bring
Please bring the following items with you to screening:

Birth certificate
-
Proof of address
-
Immunization record
Once you arrive, you’ll check in and begin registration paperwork on a clipboard provided.
🩺 Health Review
-
The student and parent will meet together with the school nurse.
-
Immunizations will be reviewed and any health concerns discussed.
📝 Paperwork & Waiting Area

Parents will return to the waiting area to complete registration paperwork.

Staff will be available to review forms and answer questions.
🧠 Student Screening Stations
While paperwork is completed, students will rotate through three short screening stations that assess:

Motor skills
-
Language development
-
Concepts (early learning skills)
📊 Review of Results

Students will return to the waiting area with their parent while scores are totaled.

Parents and students will then be called to meet with a Parents as Teachers Educator to review screening results.
🏫 Class Placement Information

There may be a short additional wait before class placement is discussed.

Families will leave knowing whether their child is expected to attend

Complete the meal benefit application

Finish online enrollment through the Parent Portal in July
